Dr. Tiberiu Paul NEAGU is an Associated Professor in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Microsurgery at “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest, Romania and the Head of the Burn Center, Emergency Clinical Hospital of Bucharest, Romania. Dr. Tiberiu Paul NEAGU is the Elected Treasurer of the Romanian Association of Plastic Surgeons, the Scientific Responsible – Center of Excellence in Experimental Microsurgery (Emergency Clinical Hospital of Bucharest, Department of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Microsurgery) under the coordination of the Romanian Academy of Medical Sciences, and past Member of the Board of Directors of the Emergency Clinical Hospital of Plastic, Reconstructive and Burn Surgery on behalf of the College of Physicians
